I run, I do CrossFit, I swim, I walk the dog, I like to think I’m conscious about what I eat (as I put another Lindor in my mouth) I’m hungry all the time so why the heck am I not where I want to be on the scales??

Within 2 hours of speaking to Rachel I had a mental shift. I had permission to eat all the things I’d been avoiding, it was really simple. Fast forward another 2 weeks and I’ve not felt guilt around food at all. I’ve not been overthinking what to eat, it’s more of a ‘bish bash bosh’ method now, in the sense of ‘protein, carbs, fats’.

I haven’t even been bothered about my weight, the fact that I can eat whenever, wherever, and with whoever is banging. Plus being able to workout feeling fuelled and energised is so much more than the scales!
And I have lost weight. But it’s not about that now.
